Very hospitable and friendly staffs Hotel comes with complimentary breakfast and dinner which not many 4* or 5* can offer at no extra charges. Good breakfast with a good assortment of Indonesian dishes. One plus point for this hotel. There is a convenient store just located outside the hotel for which make it easy for you to get cold drinks or snacks.

The facility is really good. The staff is exceptionally helpful. They helped with all our search. The even shipped a parcel for us and did not even ask us to pay for it. Best place in Jakarta. We actually had a booking at Apatel Silkwood Residence Alam Sutera the same nights. We arrived there and it was totally awful. We could definitely NOT stay there. We lost our money as this Apatel Silkwood Residence Alam Sutera crap people did not even want to refund. Really glad we moved. This Apatel Silkwood Residence Alam Sutera should be banned from Booking.com

clean, staffs were friendly and accommodating. we had a concert at a nearby mall so the location was perfect. price was so reasonable. alfamart just a few steps away from the lobby.

What i like is the room is very spacious compare to similar 3 star hotel at the area, bed is comfy, complete amnesties available.
